Yesterday in my Moon Report I told you about the Mars-Uranus aspect happening on 15 July, 2024 - that’s six days away. This aspect will be impacting us for about 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after this date - so a four week period. And we can think of this aspect as an arch or rainbow where 15 July is at the top. The intensity of the energy will ramp up as we approach 15 July and gradually decrease after this date.

This Uranus-Mars aspect has the potential to be both unpredictable and highly volatile. Uranus is known for innovation, change, freedom, independence and rebelliousness. Mars is know for speed, heat, action, energy, courage but also for aggression and impulsivity. Combine the two energies and one can feel heightened levels on intution as well as feeling unusually free and uninhibited.

As we approach 15 July we can feel a growing sense of urgency and internal pressure. Uranus is the higher octave of Mercury and we may receive downloads of ideas or inspiration that could leave us breathless - literally. We may feel as though our nervous systems are in overdrive and this is due partly to the highly electrical nature of Uranus. While the feeling that we need to make a change or we must “do something” can feel intense it is important to pay attention to the awareness that change is needed and how. Do not take immediate action and avoid being impulsive as a way to “discharge” the growing pressure. The energy of July is very unpredictable in that we may not clearly see the potential outcome OR the consequences of our choices. It will not be a time for taking risks - instead we should slow down and think things through. This brings me to several things that have captured my attention and bring me a small amount of angst:

THE SUPREME COURT (SCOTUS)

Over the past few days, SCOTUS has made several decisions that could spell trouble for the US:

1. On 28 June 2024, SCOTUS made a decision to overturn a 1984 landmark ruling in a 6-3 ruling that gave rise to the Chevron v. Natural Resources Defense Council which regulated environmental policy by having courts defer to federal agencies/regulatory bodies’ resonable interpretations of ambiguous laws. In other words, the courts are no longer defer to these agencies - mostly notably the US Department of the Interior or the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) which has several departments in their collective like: Bureau of Land Management, Bureau of Indian Affairs/Indian Education, Fish and Wildlife, Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement. In a nutshell, the EPA moniters and enforces laws that govern “Clean air, clean water and pollution”.

   a. This strikes at the heart of the Climate Change debate and corporations who have a hand in “polluting” the environment have won a major deal with this ruling. While the ruling did not end the EPA, it signifanctly weakend it and makes the agencies more vulnerable to legal challenges.

2. On 1 July 2024 the SCOTUS announced its decision regarding presidential immunity and in effect said that presidents have the power to act anyway it choses. In a previous article. I said that none of 45s cases would see the light of day - this due to the path of what I call The Great American Eclipse 2”. Over on Twitter, I’ve been predicting for months that NONE of his cases would go to fruition and I’ve also been saying for years, that we might have to live under authoritarian rule for perhaps 2 -3 years. As I am writing this post, 45s sentencing hearing for the Hush Money trial has been delayed until September - right before the thick of the elections - GOING NOWHERE. The trial of the Secret Documents will not be heard until AFTER the election, if at all - GOING NOWHERE. The Georgia Election Interference trial - GOING NOWHERE and I predict he will appeal the NY State Fraud trial for paying fines.

3. Additonally, there will be some fallout from the 27 June debates and quite possibly 10 September debate *AND* the RNC Convention begins on 15 July. (A date for the VP debate has not been announced, but I get a strong feeling it will be sometime in August, because the last debate between 45 - Biden, is 10 September)

4. Mercury Rx - will play a major role across the debate schedules for both Biden and Harris. Mercury is set to station retrograde in Virgo - Biden’s ruler of his MC/10th house and Harris’s IC/4th house. Then retrograde Mercury will be putting in another appearance right after the election (5 November) from 25 November to 15 December concluding right before the Inauguration on 20 January 2025. We will be looking at effects up to 8 weeks for each of these Mercury Rx dates.

Listen, I really have no idea how this will play out - the energies are too chaotic. I have told people to be prepared for a 45 win, particularly in light of the debate and moreso if Uncle Joe refuses to TOFTT (take one for the team). Yet have to remember that we are all responsible for our actions, choices and decisions.
