Divinatory Message:
The Ace of Pentacles symbolizes “the beginning”, fertility, unexpressed creativity, co-operation and opportunity. It can indicate the beginning of money interests and financial matters. It also represents stability, satisfaction and fulfillment in personal and/or material terms and a sense of total contentment with the present situation.
Aces are portals between the realms of Major Arcana and Minor Arcana. They represent a window of opportunity that is an opening and to pay attention so you don’t miss it.
A few upright keywords (U) – material achievements, satisfaction, gold, intelligence, joy, prosperity and successful ventures.
A few upright interpretations (U) –
1. An Ace in a reading shows the qualities are becoming available to you, if you can take advantage of them. An Ace can indicate a new adventure of beginning as it relates to the number 1.
2. Appearing upright in a reading, the Ace of Pentacles can indicate that fate may hand you a financial gain and it implies that much needed funds may come in at the most appropriate time. You will find that everything is turning out well in your material world at the moment.
3. You may have been working towards a goal for some time, and the presence of the Ace of Pentacles suggests that your hard work has paid off. The rewards may be seen in a personal relationship or business venture.
4. The Ace of Pentacles is an indication that all positive efforts will be rewarded in kind. Ideas and plans will come to fruition.
5. Appearing upright in a spread, the Ace of Pentacles may also be foretelling of the birth of a child or an addition to the family.

A few reversed interpretations (R):
1. With the Ace of Pentacles showing up reversed in spread, perhaps there is an issue to do with needing material and financial riches to appease the ego – which in effect is indicative of deep personal insecurities.
2. Reversed, the Ace of Pentacles warns of corruption, greed and “dirty deals” in regards to financial matters.
3. It is a message to reassess and re-consider your options, as clear thought and “reality” is needed in order to correct the situation or issue.
4. Drawn reversed, the Ace of Pentacles can indicate that although seeds have been sown, the results are being blocked and thwarted. Something or someone is keeping or preventing the results from coming to fruition. Look out for missed and/or overlooked opportunities.
5. The Ace of Pentacles reversed in a spread may be implying that there is an unhealthy preoccupation with material gain, a poor home life, unstable relationships, ill-health and/or anxiety and worry about financial matters.
