Yes Gioia! It can apply to the Russians joining the fray, although I did not pick that up from the cards. But on 25 & 26 February 2022, there was something in those two readings that I felt could be relevant even though those two readings were on a different topic.

I think if were Russia, Nostradamus would’ve indicated that country in the reading - the Eagle (US) & the Bear (Russia). As it stands, I do feel that Rwanda is the country the image of the “sun” represents however, Rwanda has had at least two flags prior to this.

The flag of Niger has a red circle which came looked upon as a stylized sun (I’m just finding this out as I respond to you)

Now that I know about the flag of Niger, it gives me more confidence that the reading was about the correct area.

There is a rumor (not confirmed by US State Department or DOD) - that Niger will now be allying with Russia, Iran and one other country - I can’t remember (possibly China) *and* they - Niger - kicked out the French delegation in 2023.

It’s a big, ole stinking mess.

But as I said in the video only time will tell.

Thanks for the post, Tara; hope you are rested after your busy few weeks.

Will watch. Not surprised about the bases. There is considerable investment in Africa by China and Russia. I call it economic colonization by playing what I call Team Sports i.e., exploiting anti-Western sentiment that understandably arose from colonization. So far, only the ruling class has benefited, and I suspect they think they have more control than they actually do. My concern is that when elephants fight, the grass gets trampled; it is always those who can lest afford it who pay the price for such arrangements. It's tragic, since there is so much talent and beauty on that continent.
