The 2nd Inauguration of 47

It is 12:48PM, CST on 10 January 2025 - we are 10 days out and just now I was notified by Ziggy (my Alexa device) that 47 will not spend a day in jail, pay no fines nor fees for the NY Hush Money Case. I predicted this in my video posted on 6 January 2025. I do not feel that E. Jean Carroll case will be paid out either - if it is, it will be a settlement MUCH less that she was awarded.
What you are looking at is the way in which POWER operates in the world. Power comes into the room and says - “This is the way it’s going to be. I don’t care what you think or feel, so don’t ask.”
47 uses power to get what he wants - no excuses, no hesitation and no negotiation. We must get used to the way he wields power because we are going to see much more of it. Personally, I do not like 47 but it is fascinating to watch power operate.
This brings me to the inauguration. There are few aspects that speak to power - absolute power - happening at the time of the inauguration and 47’s chart is closely involved.
Let’s look at the US Sibly chart:
It takes Pluto 248 years to make a complete orbit around the zodiac and you can see here that at the time of the “founding of these United States”, Pluto was in Capricorn. We have just completed - as a nation - our Pluto Return. A year before the founding of our country, we had the American Revolutionary War, which was officially kicked off by the Boston Tea Party. This was started in 1774 and lasted until 1783. What this should tell you is the length of the war meant that America was undergoing profound changes.
Usually, civilizations only last approximately 200 -400 years and then either fall or undergo extreme change. If we look around at the world today, we can actually see this happening. Many European countries have adopted authoritarian (like) governments if not outright authoritarian regimes: Hungary, Belarus, Croatia, Italy, Czech Republic, Finland and now France’s government along with Germany’s government hang in the balance. Canada is one to watch since Trudeau “says he will resign” but has in effect suspended the Canadian Parliament until 24 March, 2025. (My personal belief is that he will NOT resign and the suspension of Parliament is simply a smoke screen designed to give him time and space so that he can come up with a “new plan”. (If true, you read it here first.)
To my eyes Pluto in the 2nd was/has been about controlling the finances of the country, the money supply, the material possessions and resources of the country, the capitalist values however, Pluto is opposing Mercury in Cancer in the 8th. We were always led to believe that if we worked hard, followed the rules and “pulled ourselves up by the bootstraps” - we too, could partake in the American Dream. Pluto being the modern day ruler of the 8th house shows us that there were many secrets being kept, lies, intrigues, corruptions and shady financial happenings, that concerned - we know now - our families or people that we feel are family. Mercury in the 8th house can show us how this manipulation is now being revealed. It may not have started off that way, but grew into what we have today. I have been calling America a Plutocracy for years - a big, old plantation where the worker bees get nothing an all the Elites get everything. America has now become an Oligarchy - or will soon become one.
Looking at 47’s chart:
A few things stand out - He was born on a lunar eclipse. He has Pluto and Mars (with AS co-present) in the 1st house of Leo, and he has a Venus-Saturn conjunction in the 12th house of Cancer. Pluto/Mars/AS 1st house Leo - implies a sense of personal power, fighting spirit and dramatics. The Venus-Saturn conjunction in the 12th implies conservative values surrounding the family, women and finances, even religious/spiritual views, but it is hidden from view (12th house).
20 January - every 4-8 years is when America has chosen to install a president. It’s always at 12 noon and always in Washington, DC but this time is different. 47’s inauguration is happening when the Sun (0°) conjuncts Pluto (1°) conjuncts Lot of Fortune (0°) all in Aquarius. 47 pulled off the greatest political comeback in History and it takes control on a day that the those three astrological factors are all in the 10th house. POWER. ABSOLUTE POWER.
But overlay 47’s natal chart with the Inauguration Day chart, we see Sun-Pluto-LF in the 7th house - which relates to other people, open enemies, dealings with the public, legal issues, law cases, contractual relationships, censorship, foreign policy (America’s, international relations and messages of the state, to name a few.
Moon (18°) conjunct Jupiter (17ֻֻֻ°) in Libra 3rd house relates to all the things mentioned above. For a time, his relations with the public will be pretty good - he doesn’t feel fear not even from harsh criticisms of his 2nd inauguration/term as president.
My personal opinion, is that his inaugural address will be similar to what we are hearing now - tariffs, immigration and “making America great again” or some forms of the same messages.
Make no mistake however, the 2nd inauguration will be a display of power - from 47 himself to his administration/cabinet picks. He/They will not be encumbered by anything we may feel should restrain them. Transit Moon(18°) square Mercury (18°) Capricorn, 5th house suggests that nothing anyone says (or thinks) will intensify the possibility for mis/dis-information, particularly with 47’s natal chart having Neptune co-present in the 3rd.
We are and will be looking from the outside-in, at how power moves through and within the world. I think it will be fascinating, maybe a little bit frightening but it will be Absolute Power.

Trudeau could never and would never stay. His government will be defeated by a vote of non confidence whether he rescinds his resignation or not. This is not America, we have laws and the ability to administer them. Also, not only has Canada’s voters turned against him, many in his own party have turned on him. That in fact is what forced his resignation .

Trump’s plan will falter, his power will break,
And justice for all, we shall soon undertake.
So watch as the world shifts, and the powerful fall,
For the people will rise and answer the call.
